Kathy Koultourides is Principal and founder of KKnow How LLC. She utilizes her strong business background and talent development expertise to guide businesses on how to best improve performance through customized training solutions.

Prior to launching her consulting company in 2016 she served as Vice President, Global Sales Force Development for Univar, an $8 BN global chemicals distribution company where she architected the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales training.  She increased sales 6% through a targeted sales management training program.  She reduced annual expenses by $500K leading a Lean Six Sigma project to streamline new employee onboarding.  Prior to that she served as Learning and Talent Development Director at Republic Services in Phoenix, AZ where she played an integral role managing organization-wide change during a $13 BN merger, designed and developed customer service onboarding for Republic’s first national call center, and was a key contributor to increasing annual revenues $10 MM pricing initiative.  Before joining Republic Services, she served as Director of Sales Training and Performance Improvement at Aramark Uniform Services in Burbank, CA where she developed and managed an award-winning blended sales training program that increased sales of new hires 60%.

Kathy began her career as a sales representative at Wells Fargo Alarm Services in Chicago, IL where she was progressively promoted to sales management and general management roles before ultimately selected to head up the company’s sales training academy in Philadelphia, PA.

Kathy earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development® with a concentration in instructional design from the Association of Talent Development in 2006. She holds a BA degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Purdue University.
