Review your 360 Report

On each page, write the Behavior Style you perceive in each person who provided feedback and the nature of your interactions (e.g., social, specific tasks, supervisory, etc.). Consider how the Variables to Consider might impact each person’s perception of you.

Look for a couple of examples of Behavior Styles in others.

These examples can be from anywhere – workplace, home, friends, TV, movies, restaurants, etc. Come to the next session prepared to share about the Behavior Styles you observed.
